Sarah and Chip joined us at the end of March and the beginning of April. They started their holiday in Mar del Plata, schooling on the beach and then we all moved onto Balcarce for chukkas at the Estancia El Rincon and enjoyed rides around the Estancia with the spectacular views of the vast horizon that stretches out for miles and miles and watched the sun disappear behind it, flooding the plains with all the colours of orange and red you can imagine.
