Polo Ponies for Sale
Carlitos has a large selection of quality polo ponies available for lease and some which are also for sale in the UK, horses suitable for complete beginners up to medium goal players. We also have large stock of horses available from Argentina for sale. All these horses have been chosen, not only for their ability to play polo, but they were bred and brought on by individuals Carlitos has known for many years. All these people took time from the day these horses were born, right the way through their handling, breaking, schooling, riding around the farms, introduction to polo, chukkas and finally tournaments. Carlitos buys all his polo ponies from these polo trainers - as, in their opinion - time for these polo ponies is not an issue. All these horses have no hang ups and are easy to handle and play, all are a pleasure to own. Watch this space for more information on the polo ponies we found in the pampas in November 2005. Rubia playing 6 goal polo in Mar del Plata, Argentina PINTITA – Chestnut 15.2hh very pretty, very easy ride. Her third season in the UK to start this spring. BARBIE – Palamino, very pretty and fast, stops and turns very quickly. This will be her third season in the UK. ANDREA – She has been in England one year now. Lovely temperament, easy ride. All these ponies can be fully vetted, they have not had any injuries whilst they have been in the UK or in Argentina and they have been rested on the Cowdray Estate for the winter so look very well and keen now to start the new polo season. |
