Hipwood, Langford and Gannon are part of the Junior HPA. You must be a member of the Polo Club to play in these
Sections and also have a handicap. Jorrocks and Handley Cross are played on general Pony Club ponies that must attend
non polo rallies. In all other sections polo ponies can be used.
All of the Jorrocks teams play at the Jorrocks
Championships in August which are
held at Hurtwood Park. All other age groups must go to three qualifying tournaments to be able to go to the Senior Championships
at Cowdray Park.
Pony Club is played by over
500 members from 6 to 21 years of age in a season of competitions played over the summer culminating with the Pony Club Polo
Championships held at Cowdray Park. The Bisley Hunt has 2 players at Surtees level. In 2011 Eleisha Gwynn-Jones,
